Meals at Postural Rehabilitation
We provide healthy, delicious meals and snacks throughout the seminar, cooked by Always Helpful’s scheduling genius, Diane. The only meal not catered on site is Friday dinner (Most participants enjoy going together to local restaurants or just resting up). There is a wide choice of beverages available at all times. Breakfast is sweet or multi-grain bread with an assortment of toppings, Irish oatmeal with fruit and granola, yogurt, fruit, hard-boiled eggs and home-baked coffee cake. Lunch varies from crepes to roast chicken, to full meal salads, with fabulous home-made soup and fresh vegetables. Our seminar dinner (and dessert!) is always truly spectacular. We can accommodate any dietary restrictions with advance warning.
